The Provincial Organization Administration (PAO) of Nakornsawan has been given an area of 165 rais near the Marine Life Development Centre from the Fishery Department. PAO has developed the area since then building up roads, rest rooms, parking lots, multi-purposes area, install electricity, building a rock dam, and health park. PAO has set up a budget to build a fresh water aquarium, OTOP building, guesthouse, and etc. The aim is to promote the place to be a tourist attraction in the area that would be of international standard and would cooperate with other tourist attraction points in the region giving tourist complete service among them. This, in a way, helps to create jobs and wages for the local.

Another aim PAO has built this place is to attract more tourists both Thai and foreigner to come to Nakornsawan. The entrance fee will keep the place running.

The first phrase, PAO has built all the fundamental structures e.g. bridges, installing electricity, building up rock dam, put in hut raft, health park, and so on. The fresh water aquarium, the crocodile house, and the guesthouse are under construction, now it is around 11% completed.

The second phrase, apply for loan from government bank to develop the place at the amount of 464,000,000 Baht to build convention centre, exhibition hall, water fun park, recreation area, academic service centre, building of annals, library, tourist service centre, spa, and coffee shop. Details are as following:-

• The cost for building up multi-purpose building for seminar or exhibition at 173,000,000 Baht.
• The cost for water fund park, food centre, and service centre at 195,000,000 Baht.
• The cost for commemoration to His Majesty the King building at 56,000,000 Baht.
• The cost for building up tourist guesthouse at 40,000,000 Baht.

The third phrase, lodging for supporting fund from Ministry of Tourism and Sports for another 12 projects at the amount of 210,000,000 Baht. The money will be used to construct OTOP building, authority guesthouse, buy boats, floating market, raft guesthouse, bank erosion protection wall with the walking path, improving the landscape, building up toilets, and rest cottage. Once the place is in full operation, it would be in ideal tourist place for southern part of  Northern Thailand,

it would create many jobs and wages for locals, and the PAO would have revenue to run the place.
